Pay Fees

$200.00 was paid at the time of on-line registration. If you haven't completed registration, do so NOW - prior to any additional payments (CLICK HERE). The remainder of the participation fees can be paid in-full (the remaining balance) or in installments. Fees are as follows:

$1750 remaining balance for position players (may also pitch) - IMPACT Creel, IMPACT KIBBE
$700 remaining balance for pitcher-only players - IMPACT Creel, IMPACT KIBBE
$1100 remaining balance - All other IMPACT teams

Payment options for the remainder of the participation fees include:

On-line via credit card or Venmo (see below). Pay entire balance or there will be set installment amounts. A convenience/service fee will be added.
Check – made payable to Impact Sports, and mailed or dropped off at 1943 S. Burnside Ave, Gonzales, LA - Dr. Jason Adams office. (No set installment amounts, no convenience fees.)
Cash - (No set installment amounts, no convenience fees.) dropped off at Dr. Jason Adams office at 1943 S. Burnside Ave, Gonzales, LA - a receipt will be provided by Dr. Adams staff.
